Hi! My name is Michelle “Meishay” and I’m very excited to meet you.
I have been in the Real Estate Industry for 25 years and have been in Property Management for 19 of those years. I’m currently with Exit Realty and absolutely LOVE my job!
The purpose of this website is two-fold:
- Provide Investors with stellar service
- Educate Brokers to help increase revenue
Once upon a time, Real Estate was a sound investment and a solid form of income. You could profit tremendously in Real Estate and even retire from it. But in 2008 when the bottom fell out of this industry, I watched a LOT of investors lose their homes and their retirements.
Who knows when things will bounce back? Or if they ever will. One thing is certain… in today’s economy, EVERYTHING has changed about the way this game is played.
